I'll start then.

9/11 came, as everyone knows, without warning. No word or anything that something of this magnitude would strike on US soil. It just happened.

So why do people go and blame the government? Why do they accuse ourselves right away? Do we say to each other that we were not prepared for such instances, and throw it all on the people that run this country? Sure. Because they need to throw their anger that's initially directed at the people who actually caused the attack towards the people who are responsible for the country that it happened on. What better direction to throw it in than Dubya himself, when our trust and satisfaction in him was at a very substantial low
