401k, health you have a few choices I have HMO I pay like $15 to see the doctor think thats the copay, dental aetna ppo,Stock option plan, time off with pay like vacation and or sick days it's like 4 and half hours every two weeks, tuition reimbursement and certain companies like hotel and car dealerships give special offers
