who said you need a food handler's permit, here are the rules of food safety testing.

1. take out knife
2.stab knife into apple and wiggle
3. after having ascertained that apple contains no griswolds munch on apple.

Getting a food handlers permit sucks. It's simply annoying as hell. At least it was for me.
