When you post layouts that you didn't make and say they're your layouts, yes, it is stealing.

This is why kids should not be allowed to use LJ.

hm.....i don't think there is an age group here...even if there is i'm old enough 2 have 1

anyways, no1 told me that u can't use other peoples layouts, cuz i c LOTS of other communitys that do that
