Been a long time...

It's been a long time, and you'd think... after all this time, I'd have something a little more interesting to write about.  I mean, since my last post, I've got my car fixed, went to Minnesota to visit Candice's parents, got swamped at work and went to Philadelphia to visit some friends.  Don't get me wrong, all of those were absolutely fantastic

Thanks Caro! :) Yeah, I hope to shake this funk soon, cause it's certainly annoying..

See, I admit I'm at an advantage most of the time during our trips, since I'm driving and Candice is usually just a passenger. So as a passenger, I can totally see it being boring. I know she does! But I'm usually driving, meaning if I see something I wanna do, I can do it... whereas Candice has to let me know first so I can prepare, which sometimes isn't possible when you're zooming along at highway speeds! *lol*

Still, we've both had plenty of fun at times. Our "Destination Nowhere" drives have always been a hoot.. :) That's just when we go out without a destination in mind - just go out and drive. Mind you, those only last about an afternoon at most :)

Huh, I always saw you as very easy-going! I'm sorry you've been feeling off lately :-( I hope it passes soon!

I TOTALLY agree with you about the journey being half the fun. That's part of the reason why I haven't flown in 12 years ^_~

Aww, thanks Penny. Actually, as you saw in my next entry, yeah, things have gotten better and the mood has passed. These things happen on occasion, though I've been lucky they're few and far between. Still, can't expect things to always be on the up-and-up, right?

Yup.. the journey is definitely atleast half the fun! Sure, there's times where flying's just gonna be necessary.. like going overseas, but hey, if I can reasonably avoid it, I totally will. :)
