So I need to apologize for the slight delay.  I make this return to LJ only to fade away for another 2 weeks!  I’ve been wanting to write for a while, and I’ve had a topic in mind for ages.  However, I had a doctor’s visit, who’s booster shots I think gave me a fever and took me out for a couple of days.  Then this cold swung on in, that killed me

Sometimes it's just really easy to be critical. We all have our own way of doing things, so it's hard to understand why someone would do something a different way. And sometimes, people really are making bad or stupid choices, so hey. But yeah, you're right, it's hard to override that instinct to criticize- and even though it's hard, you're also right that it's generally worth the effort. Good point.

I agree with you about how easy it is to be critical. If anything, I'm almost disturbed on HOW easy it really is. And yes.. I can completely understand that some people ARE really good at making bad or stupid choices. It's just.. I'm as guilty as anyone for sometimes just sayin' it outloud, rather than just.. keep it to myself or something. Or even chalking it up to, as you said, everyone having their own way of doing things.

But thank you, Alli.. it's good to know I'm not the only one that thinks it might just be worth that little extra bit of effort :)
