Today was a pretty slow day olympics wise. Well...in speaking about things i was interested in watching. Watching the downhill was crazy. These guys are going so fast down the mountain at these crazy speeds while navigating this course with these little jumps that launch them. olympic reminiscence
I love watching moguls. They're so much fun. Now let's see, i watched some speed skating and i watched some ice skating pairs and i watched some luge (which still hasn't caught my fancy) and then they put on men's moguls which just floats my boat. olympic heart attack
Oh my holy jumping hedgehogs, Batman!!! I don't even care that much for nordic combined, but watching those guys at the end was incredible. Apparently, an american has never medaled in nordic combined. So when Kobayashi, this japanese guy, broke away from the pack at the last lap, everyone was like, "oh snap!!" the winter olympics, crazy parts of
So i was watching the ski jump part of the nordic combined and quite honestly, those people are crazy. They launch off this ramp at something like 55 mph and then fly through the air for about 95 meters (100 if you're good) before landing on packed ice. I just imagine the practice. it's olympic time again
Watched the opening ceremony last night. It was so cool. The canadians did well. Their budget was about 10% of china's and they did awesome with what they had. There was this part where they used LEDs and projectors to make the floor look like it was iced over and then it melted and cracked so the people looked like they were floating on ice ( Read more... ) -

King Kong on Cocaine
I'm pumped full of happy little endorphins and a shit ton of adrenaline. I just had my very first session with my very first client and it went PHENOMENALLY. My supervisor said i was fantastic.
