ugh. I'm in a tuff situation. Here it is. I have a great work ethic and I take pride in my job. Since I've transferred to the new store all I've heard is complaint after complaint with no one taking the initiative to do something about it. Plus, no one seems to have respect for the manager. Well, if you are in a supervisory position over these people then make it perfectly clear that *you* care. Do not hesitate to write people up and send them home. And have a talk with your manager on these issues.

damn right! you put your foot down and show those brats what it is like to have a good job and be thankful for it. We have had people like that where I work that thought that the dress code was a suggestion or talked negatively about our district manager or question a manager's judgment in front of a customer and they were just let go when it happened again at the end of their shift. Some people need to realize that this is work and the real world. There are rules to follow and not everything is fair.
