Moved on from patterning the Halloween costume to cutting it out tonight. Not sure if it's just that the red fabric drapes differently from the muslin I was using for patterning, or if it stretches differently, but I've got a bit of adjustment work to do to get everything darted properly again ( Read more... ) -
Strengths
We have our semi-annual team meetings approaching for my department and this time around one of the sessions we're doing is being lead by our VP of Org Dev and revolves around identifying our strengths as individuals and as a team.

Talking to my UK doppleganger this morning about a project we're working on and how we expect our emails to go from actual questions, to "could you answer the question below?" to just "Help." and an arrow pointing downwards depending on how crazed we get...and how much wine/vodka has been consumed at that point in the process ( Read more... ) -
