Sweeney Todd really was awesome. Johnny Depp sings surprisingly well. Definite kudos to Burton.
Golden Compass is not something I'm interested in. The books were good, but Hollywood is too good at fucking things up, most of the time.

Golden Compass was not a bad movie. For what it is supposed to be i'm sure it's quite well made, however again it was not what I was expecting it to be so it gets a meh.
