So hi, I'm back from sauna. One that was almost like a Finnish one. Except that the benches were not made out of ash and were too hot to sit upon without sitting blankies and someone had decided to put a trad sauna lamp on the ceiling instead of the wall. But it was suitably hot and pleasant and full of Finnish girls so yeah, no complaints really

That sounds really amazing. I've been so stressed out - I would love a soak in hot water but we don't have anything like that or like onsen in Canada. There is sauna at local pool, but it's not exactly the same. :-(

It felt sooooooooooo goooooooooooooood. It's been ages since I last had sauna! I need to build one of my own ASAP.

I am amazed at the idea that one can actually BUILD a sauna!!!

It's a wonder how beer tastes so much better after sauna than any other time. It really tastes different.
