It's really good! (Dark, but good. And lest my prompt make it sound like everyone in the show is an evil bastard, I should add there are also a bunch of really nice people in it- all the Sandbaggers and Neil's PAs are great, as is his first C, most of the time.) As an added bonus, if you watch it you will finally understand my default icon.
One caveat: it's critical to watch the show in order, because to properly enjoy everything from the end of the first season on, you need to cultivate enough of a love/hate relationship with Neil that it becomes satisfying to see him fail even as you're rooting for him. And if you watch the first season in order, you... will. XD
It sounds lovely! I can't seem to find it in any of my usual places, and my netbook doesn't play DVDs, but I will definitely keep it in mind in the future. <333
Oh defintely investigate Sandbaggers. For years I had a very poor quality video taped from the TV on a wonky videoplayer. When it came out on DVD I snapped it up asap. I talked about it oh-so-much to my sister who had never seen it (don't know how she missed it, but she did), and finally, two years ago, she and I sat and watched the all the episodes over the course of three days. It was a treat seeing it in concentration that way. A superb show and an all time favourite of mine.

I only know two of your fandoms, but the other two intrigue me. I may have to investigate The Sandbaggers...
And such amazing prompts in the fandoms I do know! You rock. <3
