So my day has been weird

So I went to work this morning feeling perfectly fine. I was there for about 20 mins and was in our normal morning meeting. I started feeling nausious and then everything went all wonky and I said "I think I am gonna pass out" and the next thing I knew I was on the floor. They sent me home, and now I am wasting time.
