You took me apart and put me back together with less than 4k words. I have no idea how you just did that, but HOLY SHIT SYDNEY!
The majority of this made me feel as if there was a weight pressing down on my chest, like something was squeezing my heart. You write angst too damn well! Gaaaaaah! It's dangerous for the very emotional, very angst-susceptible wimp in me.
Your wording was so powerful and intense when you described Luhan's fear, his anxiousness and longing for something he gave up all on his own. And then you described them being together again and it felt so much more light-hearted, almost easy despite all that happened between them and THANK YOU I CAN BREATHE EASILY AGAIN!
Even though you cut this short it still felt complete. You made it work in a painful/wonderful/beautiful/PAINFUL way and thank you so much for writing this for me! (Don't call me senpai you crazy person! I can't possibly be your senpai. You're the one with the mad writing skills!)
