"To Anchorage!" is one of two official, from-the-mouth-of-DLB callbacks. (The other is, during the interview, when Rotti says, "Why thank you, sir!" you say, "Why thank YOU, sir!" Because it's funny.) When Repo! was first released on the big screen, it got a VERY small release, and Darren was promised that, if it did well, it would get a wider release. They had a good opening weekend, and Darren got an email that said, in the subject line, "Repo!'s release has been expanded!" The body of the email: "To Anchorage, Alaska."
An interesting fact about the reporter, if you didn't realize: she was played by Friday's Pavi, in a charming echo of the movie, where he was played by the stage-show Pavi.

Thanks for the explanation of "To Anchorage!" It's now a lot funnier.
And I did catch the Pavi/Reporter thing, although I wasn't sure if it was intentional or a coincidence. But it was still cool.
