So you might have noticed that I haven't really been posting much/fell off the face of the planet. There's a good reason for that. Well. Sort of. Regardless, there have been two fairly important things that have happened since I last posted of varying degrees of awesome

I read your post about not graduating, I was hoping that you'd be able to turn paperwork in late. You had me paranoid enough to check the dates for my own school's graduation form turn in thing, and looks like I can apply Fall semester. Phew.

The Google Summer of Code is basically Google paying students a stipend (not a huge amount, but not nothing either) to work on open source projects, basically projects that allow anyone to look at the code/modify it for their own use, etc. My proposal was just on doing a visualization on data for Sebek, a program that pretends its a real computer, so people mess with it, for people to analyze (errr, a computer honeypot, if you want to google it). My visualization stuff focuses on time steps, so visualizing data along time to analyze trends and stuff, and hopefully not as a graph. I hate graphs, they tell you nothing.
