All tasteless comments aside, perhaps the kid was sifting around through the costume room and he found what he thought was a "muscle chest" only to have it inflated and find that certain parts inflated a bit too much... The show must go on, as they say. Or maybe his sick sense of humor has started early. One can only guess.
