Canada Trip was sooooo much fun, even though it was no Italy Trip, and it wasnt 10 days (only 3 1/2- half of it bus riding)... But Yea, Amazing fun, and I loved it. todays game was a good one, and i played well.. but it was also one of my shittiest games.. Im wiped and feel like shit, im gonn go shower and ice up until i fall asssleppppw.....maybe i can pass out early so my fucking leg doesnt rot off. Im gonna rock #4 from eastern in playoffs i fucking promise you this.

I am so happy and energized right now! hung out with elizabeth tonight, and I am one truly lucky guy. Spending time with teh elizabeth is uber! I love those powernaps we seem to have every weekend, they are fun! We made pasta tonight too. GOOOOD shit.

I couldnt practice today.... I think the donation of my blood really took a toll on my body, at least for more than just one day - after our warmup, I got really lighheaded and winded after only 1 drill... sucks, It looked like a fun practice but I was able to assemble halfway 2 of the new goals for KLA since i wasnt doing anything else

Ah... man i had, once again, the greatest time with elizabeth tonight... she definately make me so comfortable... i love that feeling, where you can just act how you want and not have it be held against you.. Or our conversations- we make good conversations... dont we elizabeth? :)
