Well I made a second attempt at baking chocolate cake yesterday, and also did the flapjacks again and had much more success! My friend Tara popped over a bit before the party started and tried to help me save the failures from yesterday. I bought a book on japanese cooking today so may try that soon. Has some veggie stuff in so could try that when you return to this island.
