So, I figured that i should write something more informative here, other than what i'm currently reading. So throughout the week I kept having ideas.. and then for various reasons got distracted and so couldn't be arsed to post.. so lets see what I remember

Do they have the 20/20/20 rule over there?
Here, mandatory safety training for workers who use video displays
says that every 20 minutes, they should take 20 seconds and focus on
something about 20 feet (6-ish meters) away.
Hard to do if you're in a cubicle... but your brain will only feel
lightly sautéd, instead of deep fried. :)

They might do, but i've not heard of it, sounds like a good idea though. :)
