Questionable Content hasn't made me laugh out loud in a really long time. Reading today's comic did. Times a million.

In other news: Dad got a macbook for Christmas... shudder... now Mom wants one... shudder... but THAT MEANS that I get my mom's old accer, and I am very, very excited.

See, everything my Dad has figured out to do as of yet has been followed up with me or my brother saying "Dad you could do that on your old computer" And my Dad isn't overly computer illiterate... SO I really don't think that they are actually "better" so much as "different" or maybe... maybe "special"

i hate to rain on your parade but i hate my acer with all of my heart and soul - and it is pretty shittastic...i can only hope your moms is a better model then mine...

My Mom's is pretty nice actually. She's had no problems with it, and doesn't really need a new computer but... I'm not going to point that out.

Comic = Teh Win.

Macs are more user friendly which is why they are the win with hipsters, also they look nice. Statwise they are overpriced for the power they have, but with Applecare, if your computer breaks and you're willing to hassle them for a bit, they will give you a new computer. Dell does that too with their really good service plan.

So..., New Years, you coming into the Town?

I like that if something goes wrong with my PC, it can be fixed relatively easily, and I don't, you know, have to replace the entire motherboard. And also, unless you have dell's really good service plan, you can't get a damned thing from them.

And yes, I'll be in town.

Well, I don't give a crap about Mac vs PC, but hey Kaitlyn, a computer that will stream videos for you and not take up your entire room? THAT'S FANTASTIC! Yippee for getting new-to-you stuff! pff man people know how to take the fun out of a new computer... *sigh*

anyways, the follow up comic is i think, just as funny in it's own way :)

Hey, my tank of a tower can stream videos just fine, as long as it's got the proper internet connection. and SERIOUSLY I get a lappy! I think Ima call him Josh.

The follow up comic is funny as well... but not AS laugh-out-loud funny as "your daughter has put my penis in her mouth"
