This was done as a blogbomb/googlebomb/etc. back in 2001. Yeah, "miserable" and "failure" and "miserable failure" will all lead you to the White House's George Bush biography page. Google doesn't have to "fix" it, hell, it's how google works. Back in '01 a bunch of people with blogs (eg. you and I, and about half of the internet) decided to link to the page using the keywords "miserable failure" - so it's the #1 hit on google. It's good for a laugh but it's certainly been around since before we even entered highschool.
