Seriously? It ruined it that badly, and they allowed this? Ugh! ... I don't even know what to say. I'm really sorry that happened, and thank you for the warning. :| Not that I regularly look at those magazines, but...wow. I very well might have if I had seen scans posted or something.

That really sucks :( I had Days (almost) completely ruined for me just by virtue of being on the internet, so I know how it feels...

The best I can tell you is try not to think about it and if enough time passes, it might just slip your mind. It's sorta happened to me. 'Course it depends on the magnitude of the spoiler :|

The thing is I don't think they realized they were doing it. Especially because they're claiming they only played the first few hours of the game but I'm under the impression that someone on the staff has played all of it =/

I think they underestimated the fact that a lot of us were trying to figure things out and make any potential connections that we could beforehand and with the comparison they used it was just like... They might as well TOLD me.

I don't think I will forget considering it's one of the things I was wondering about/kind of hoping for but didn't want confirmation on -_-. There's a minor chance I might be wrong, but then the comparison isn't very good. Because... yeah. If I'm right it's a really big spoiler.

They underestimated fandom but... still. The thing they used for comparison is really well known and people are bound to draw conclusions from it =/

I ordered from Amazon since we don't have any game stores around here, so they only just shipped RO DS for me. >> I probably won't get it 'til around Monday.

I don't think they realized they were spoiling it, honestly. There was a theory going around that I thought was interesting and was waiting to see if it was right. If the game really is like what they compared it to then my question has been answered -_-. There's still a chance I'm wrong, but then the comparison could have been better.

Ha ha, yeah, I totally understand that >_>. I figured that since I was interested, already there, and at the end of my LoZ game that I should just get it while I was in the store XD;
