So w00t, my brother's Christmas gift to me was a horseback ride thru the mesa trails out here at Lajitas. I've been begging for a horseback ride since I was seven, and now I finally got it! ^_^ It was so fun, and I can see how it could be addictive - I wouldn't mind riding a few times a week. Well, I'm in the middle of nowhere in Texas visiting my brother at the resort he is the assistant manager at (Lajitas). Its LITERALLY in the middle of nowhere. The owner bought 30,000 acres of land all around the resort, so the nearest 'town' (which doesn't even have a stoplight) is 17 miles away. Whoohoo, so last night was spent cuddled with monster dog and not one but both cats on my futon (they have all got a sick fascination for the PS2 when I play it, except Cio tries to eat my fingers while I'm playing, which hurts my score).
