It's a wolf's kiss, all teeth and tongue and snarls, a kiss that tears skin and spills blood and it's over (too, too soon) before it even begins.

Bella Swan raises one hand to touch her mouth, and Leah pretends that she isn't watching the slow rosy warmth curl up the leech lover's throat.

"Run home, Little Red," Leah spits out, her voice like poison.

The girl doesn't leave. Just keeps staring at her and fuck, it's aways the eyes that do it. Always the eyes.

"Run home," and Leah's voice isn't breaking, shut up. None of this means anything at all.

"You're beautiful, Leah," Bella Swan chokes out. "Did you know that? That you're sort of beautiful - "

And there it is, a howl that starts somewhere so deep inside of Leah that it has to claw itself out of her throat.

"You're just like him - " Leah hisses, her head pounding with SamSamSam, and Bella's mouth is just as warm as his, wounding and gentle at the same time, always at the same time
