feeling at the moment

I have been feeling really lost lately. I just talked to bobb about it. He is noticing it too. It is like a big mess in my mind. For some reason I can not get off of worrying about the future, yet at the same time living in the past. I just can not seem to enjoy today. I hate that. This must not make any sense to anyone. Oh well. At least it is

Actually...I understand. I've had similar feelings. For me, it's like everything is rushing past me, and I'm just standing there...waiting for something to happen to me. I don't know how to catch up, so I stay where I am. Live in the past, just as you said. Strange how these things work...
