Introducing Guenevere!

Hey folks, my daughter Guenevere Puxin Kuo (郭普心)was born this afternoon at 12:40 PM at the Peking Union Medical College Hospital in Beijing. She weighed 3.3 kilograms (what's that, about 6 lbs 9 oz) and was 44 cm long. I just woke up and heard this news! Yeah! I'm glad everything went smoothly. Youz a papa now!

Congratulations Kaiser! That's such great news. Jay just called me at home to tell me about your li'l girl and I was so happy to hear it. (My youngest sister came early too, and ever since then she's been a nonstop chatterbox. We always joke that she was early because she clearly had something to say and didn't want to wait another few weeks--or three months in her case!--to say it.) Post pictures!

Not much to say but congrats, and raise her well. You'll have a good babysitting network in Beijing, at the very least... lot's of trustworthy, responsible people. :) I'll wait until she's at least six to teach her anything about bars.
