Nicely written K, but I do have a question. Where is the assassin- Purgatory or the keep? My brain is malfunctioning today. Hugs and peace~~~D

I liked the idea of the reapers in purgatory sorting the men out as they died. I was a little more confused by where they had been and who had killed them. It seems like the woman knight killed them? But also, a guy who looked like Jarl who was pretending to be a sentry? I think what confused me was the transition in setting between purgatory for most of the story, and back at the keep at the very end -- a setting and a character I wasn't expecting. Unless the assassin was also dead?

After starting out with Riley and Giles I was half expecting Buffy fanfic. I really like this idea but got a bit confused with all of the 'guys', though I'm not honestly certain if more names would have helped or hurt.
