You make a full stop at stop signs, except when it's 2 in the morning and you don't have your lisence on your person and your car hasn't been registered/inspected.

I guess it's easier to say that you make a full stop at stop signs.

It was midnight, and my car was too inspected, I just didn't have my license, registration, or insurance.

That came off sounding much more holier-than-thou in my head.
