Dear spn_holidays Creator,
Woo! I'm excited to receive whatever you create. I enjoy gen, het, and slash, including femslash and Sam/Dean. I like first-times better than established relationships, and angst more than schmoop.
1. A vid would be fabulous, but I know that's a ton of work, so I don't really have my hopes up for this. I love the song "Read My Mind" by The Killers, and the lyrics always make me think of Sam & Dean. If you don't have a copy, comment anonymously and I'll upload it. Bruce Springsteen would be my other choice for music; I think his songs echo some of the show's gritty, blue collar, broke-down-but-still-hopeful attitude.
2. Icons. I have no icon skillz, so I'd be thrilled with some shiny new icons. Anything to do with the show would be great.
I would love either fic or art for the last three.
3. Roadhouse fic/art. OCs totally cool. Sam and Dean optional.
4. Case-file fic/art. It would be great if this included actual mythology (bonus points for non-Western European sources and research) or real urban legends. It's up to you if this is action-y and/or atmospheric and horrifying, or hilarious and crack-filled.
5. AU fic/art. Change something in canon, either before the show or during it, (Mary lives and John dies, Jess lives and Sam dies, Dean's the chosen one, always-a-girl [oh, man, if you wanted to do the story of Mary and her daughters saving people and hunting things, that would be awesome], the YED gets his way, etc.) and show me what happens.
Combinations of the above are also totally cool!
I hope this helped (or at least didn't hurt), but if you already had something in mind before you read this, go with it. I most want to get something that you really enjoyed creating.
