Okay, to just keep both from loading up with Windows start, open the "Run" window and type "msconfig"... press enter.

In the rightmost tab you look for ICQlite or some similar entry and uncheck it (uncheck both for good measure).

Or just delete the old ICQ... It's prolly in C:\Programs\Mirablis\ICQ-Lite ?

I've been having some problems with ICQ lite, as well. But I'm going to replace this old clunker I have soon... Hopefully, the new one can support ICQ... 6 years old??? That's nothing! Try ten! That's how old my system is... Well, some of it, anyways... But I'm definately overdue for a complete overhaul.
