Was Wednesay any better? I don't think so. I'm missing the ending scripts, I think I mentioned ONE of the five products in one phone call.... customers call with little time on their hands and I NEED time to work it all out... I won't even get into the Idiots ( Read more... )

Was the phone line sign on a new account? When I was there, we weren't allowed to do a new phone line sign up, or opening up a new account. Now, I'm guessing the bundles department is probably authorized to do this.

I guess I must be more apt at learning these things than most people, because I was able to grasp most of this stuff pretty quickly. Of course, I had a trainer who had been doing this for 5 years out of the call center where he was working at(Brockville, I think it was). I don't know how long your trainer was at it for, but try to do the best you can. And if you feel you have to quit, nobody's going to stop you, but I strongly suggest you stick it out. After the floor support is gone, you can always track down an EPS, if you have any additional questions. You can also ask a senior rep any questions, if they're free; i.e. not on a call.

No. They had an account with us, just needed to reactivate a second line. I had floor support with me on that one and it was all done correctly. But I mis-heard or misunderstood a question about long-distance, and pretty sure they are going to get a Big shock when they see their phone bill, as they wanted to make long-distance calls Back to their phone, and what I told them was NOT accurate.

I have been talking to Sam, and she has been urging the same thing, but I just don't think I can do this.

More later. I have a ton of things to accomplish, no matter which way I decide things this morning.

Not a lot. I barely use this site anymore... outside of DA I rarely use much else online at this point. We can be reached on YIM most evenings between 4 and 8. Sometimes it may take a while for us to respond though. How be you?

Things are not as good as I can handle, but I try to manage. Hope you lift the ban so conversations can get a little easier. I can only use AIM for the time being.

It has been some time! Things have changed quite a bit.

It has been so long since we last spoke that I can't quite recall what name you used on LJ. Clue me in, Please?

Sorry it took me so long to answer. Another person from way back- one Thunderwing is not too pleased with- showed up at the same time, and I wasn't sure who was sending the message.
