I guess I must be more apt at learning these things than most people, because I was able to grasp most of this stuff pretty quickly. Of course, I had a trainer who had been doing this for 5 years out of the call center where he was working at(Brockville, I think it was). I don't know how long your trainer was at it for, but try to do the best you can. And if you feel you have to quit, nobody's going to stop you, but I strongly suggest you stick it out. After the floor support is gone, you can always track down an EPS, if you have any additional questions. You can also ask a senior rep any questions, if they're free; i.e. not on a call.

I have been talking to Sam, and she has been urging the same thing, but I just don't think I can do this.
