You don't know how much this means to me, really, for someone to see this chapter where I want it seen. The father and son part was where I truly put my back into it, and where I get the most joy writing. I truly love writing Vladimir and his sons and I wish I have time to write Mikhail and Alexei when they were little. Thanks for stopping by. *hugs*

I've just finished a marathon reading session which started o Saturday with the first part of this arc.

WOW! What a seriously wonderful Mik/Fei story but you are really putting us through the emotional wringer aren't you (poor Alexei! *cries*)? Fei Long is my favorite Yamane Ayano character and just the thought of him being tortured by that damned Toh has my blood boiling. Right now I'm hoping the Asami cavalry can come to the rescue soon.

Also, I gotta say Aki is adorable here. Standing up to Asami takes guts and only he could make the ultimate seme do his bidding. ^_^

I need to give out a certificate of achievement to those who have the energy to go through a CI marathon. For this you're flattered me to no ends. Thank you for reading from the beginning (so many people jumped in in the middle LOL but I understand, it's a looong ride).

I'm so glad you enjoyed it (and cried for Alexei with me T_T I now want him back alive and feel like kicking myself in the head). But I'm really happy to hear Fei is your favorite! Fei fans are so hard to come by these days.

I never really find Aki adorable, but I kind of love what he can do to Asami and make Asami adorable and helpless in the hands of his oh so ordinary uke XD They're kind of cute when I think of it that way. I suppose only Aki can rub his seme to do exactly what he wants, just as only Fei is allowed to yank Mikhail by the ear when he get naughty XD

Wow, intense chapter!

I'm really hoping Feilong can fight for himself. He is very capable after all (top assassin at 21, rebuilt an empire at 27). Even if he has to play "damsel in distress", Mik or Yoh should be the ones to play the knight.

Feilong doesn't need anymore charity pity "help" from AxA. The original manga left a bad taste in my mouth that made it seem like Feilong can't do anything without the almighty Asami's charity and Saint Aki's perfectness.

Oh that breaks my heart. You don't really think I'm brining axa over to really be Fei's savior, do u? T_T Fei needs no help even from Mik or Yoh. He won't be DiD in my fic. And I'm only bringing Ax A over to punish Asami :D you'll see ^_^

Nah, I think there are some Fei fans. It's just that Japanese work + English Fic + Minor Character.

He is actually a quite amazingly popular minor/villain character from a very small readership (let's face it, how many people read Japanese yaoi manga in English? Not many). Even YA has commented on this many times.

Besides, some people tend to stay quiet. I for one doesn't usually comment even I read and appreciate a fic/art/discussion. It's a terrible habit.

Yeah, in that sense he is pretty popular. Only I've been around for five years and the first two years there were so many Fei fans and Fei fics around. I would say about 80% left after NT, some for the way it ended that insulted them (and me) enough to never return, others for his disappearance from the manga with no hope of returning. It doesn't help that Ax A after NT also sucks in general (what did they expect, AxA has no serious story without a good antagonist like Fei from the beginning anyway), so there's really no point in staying around anymore. I think I'm still here because of the fanfics, some are even better than the manga itself, really. But I'm grateful for the ones that still stick around ^_^

I understand Asami for not wanting to get involved again after he finally have settled everything up in the last chapter with Fei, it's like there's this little voice that says "Oh no way in hell... all I want is peace with Aki..."

Too bad Aki is pretty spirited for his own liking enough to even go against Asami. :)

I want to see Mikhail and Asami have some deep conversation regarding Fei's abduction and Yan's ascension to be the Baishe leader. Can't wait to see the next chapter.

I find Asami to be a selfish bastard, but that is a part of his charms. And you just have to admit, nothing good ever comes out of touching the dragon. And from ASami's POV, I can so see him getting crow's feet and growing grey hair from all this thinking "how in gods' name will I EVER get rid of Fei Long and get on with my life? Seriously!" Sorry, grandpa, you haven't paid your debt, so suffer and do this for Fei to redeem yourself *evil laugh* Aki is such a wonderful tool to move Asami around *tee hee*
