So, first couple of weeks of a new year.  Not too bad, except for the craziness with the weather.  The Wabash has engulfed the parks on the West Lafayette side, and is actually creeping close to the top of the levy.  Thankfully things are getting colder again, since water and books do not mix.  The flooding was even worse upriver, with I-65 closing

Good to hear you have something going on, even if you're not sure of all the details of that something. :P From what I've gathered in my (admittedly limited) experience on that subject, just take it easy and remember that communication is key. Going too fast is generally worse than going too slow, so you've got that going for you. The only real advice I can give is to just enjoy being with her and try not to analyze it too much. In fact, I wouldn't even discuss it unless she brings it up or if things start to deteriorate because at that point you have nothing to lose from full disclosure.
