I did this to someone on an hour long train journey (didn't really fancy listening to them. They looked very boring XD) but the book was IGNORED and they talked to me anyway!!

If Kakashi is the person who brings the book out, Gai would be the one to ignore it. Iruka would respect the rule of the book (and probably bring out one of his own.)
