Life update, and college clearly hates me

Well, my great uncle took a turn for the worse this past Saturday, and through some "complications" that ensued, passed away. He didn't even survive the expected ten days on the respirator. Mom is taking it really hard, and I'm just… numb, I guess. I'm not letting myself think about it. I just saw him, a little over a month ago, and now he's gone.
