We arrived without much trouble, thankfully. I was kind of shocked that they were all so quiet, given how they usually are. With the exception of Sasuke, of course. Naruto seemed to be less flamboyant than usual, which makes me think that he might actually be learning to control himself now. I probably shouldn't get my hopes up though; that boy always seems to do something unexpected, especially right after I think I finally understand him. ^___^;; But I like that, I guess.
Asuma was kind enough to watch the post while I basically chilled out. Well, chilled out as much as I could while Sasuke and Naruto ridiculously attempted to put the tents together. Although I know Asuma's an excellent ninja, it wouldn't hurt to have me on guard and available as backup. Besides, it really isn't so hard to keep an eye on things, if you know what you're doing. Asuma also seemed to be a little tense, especially in comparison to how he normally acts. I think he's still nervous about what happened before. Ah, Asuma, don't worry about it so much. Yes, he's a major threat at the moment, but it's not like we're completely unprepared.
And speaking of preparedness, Naruto and Sasuke have to prepare lunch for Asuma and the girls since they'll be back soon. This will certainly be interesting.
