lots of pple, actually. each in their own way. i think of it as the ultimate deadline. ie, not so much of the process of it, or the great beyond, but of all the things that i have to/want to do. of the proportion of latter to former, and of the sense it makes (or more often doesnt) in the face of...

it is simply "die in your own time,"(=live now and fully) and never think about it before the moment.
