(I intended to only do the first, but then it swerved into the second territory so I put them together. Cough.)

Ever since childhood, Jun and Maki were always at war. It became worse as they grew up into their roles as god/goddess of war. Jun could never understand how Maki did not appreciate the passion, the fury, the destruction that came in the midst of battle; Maki could never understand how Jun extolled the virtue of the insanity of war over the intricacies--the planning, the strategy. This was a fight that would never be resolved, could never be resolved

OBVIOUSLY THIS IS MY FAVORITE THO (except, no, wait, all three of them are pretty equal in terms of being amazing) but i love jun and maki on dual sides of war and the way maki just spins and spins (to become rational again instead of succumbing to jun's natural proclivity to anger?) and how nino stops her and still performs magic tricks with his thievery to get her to smile (GUH) the way the junsatomi issue creeps into the conversation here as well, nino's naughty implications and the fact that they're a TEAM and he SUPPORTS HER and the KISS and YES GO RECONVENE LATER YOU TWO. and maki at the end. oh maki. ♥♥♥♥♥

<3<3<3<3<3 YES. Maki totally spins so that she doesn't blow up and overreact and so she can calm herself into rational thinking. Because that is where she works best. But then NINO. <3 I love Nino as Hermes more and more as I read up on him. HE IS PERFECT FOR HIM. Sneaky bastard who charms everyone even when he gets caught doing bad things. lolol BUT YES. TEAM/SUPPORTS HER. ♥ Adorable.
