The issues with your car? Could be the wiring. I know I just had mine replaced (and three extra trips back to fix it, they finally just soldered everything together and taped it good 'n tight) and that fixed my headlight that kept going out, my horn, my windows, and my locks. Sorta spendy tho... was like 80$.
