Experiment Log 002: Monster Class Z, D.

Experiment 1 (Z): I expected the zombies to not take well to the WDS, given as their nervous systems are somewhat detoriated. This turned out to be the case, but less so; the lowered functioning of what remains of their brains means it doesn't matter anyway. To test how well it functioned, I had them ( Read more... )

Of course it's dangerous.

Danger is a part of progress. Where do you think the human race would be if they never took any risks? They'd still be primates living in the trees.

WDS. Would you be as good to explain the nature of this OS in brief laymans terms please? You've aroused my interest.

If you'd paid attention to my last entry, you would have learned that, but whatever.

It stands for Wire Doll System. It's not a stand-alone OS, although I have a program that controls it; it's a system that uses special wires to hijack nervous systems.

I've been busy.

Wiring is limiting, albeit some results are as good as any. Puppets dancing on the strings of their manipulators tend to get tangled rather badly, and oftentimes crash, and bring their master down with them. Perhaps a possible reprogrammation would allow for - admittedly - rather major hardware updates?

They'll reach as far as they need to in the Infinite Fortress, and I'm not interested in much more than that. So? What are you suggesting as far as reprogramming goes?
