Yay I'm excited! I got an ipod yesterday (it's really a present for Christmas, but the store ran out of them, so I just bought it yesterday) and I just uploaded a TON of music on it...and it's so much fun being able to hear all my favorite songs whenever, wherever, without having to carry all these CDs around. Did you think $60 was enough? Or did you think it would have been better if you brought more?

Uh...more money was needed, definitely. But since I only had a couple weeks prior notice, it was all I had, literally. I left that place totally broke. O.O The cheapest food available was the discount pocky in the dealer's room, so I survived on bottled water and two boxes of pocky for the whole day. XD I wouldn't reccomend doing this for two or three days, though.

I'm taking something like $120 with me this time, even though I'm going to try to save $20 of it for buying a hakama pattern, I may end up spending it anyways. ^^

You should bring about $200. Well if you can afford it, that is. ^^; The dealers hall can really destroy your wallet so beware. The second year I went to Anime Expo. I spent about 600 bucks in there. ^^;

Haha, and this is just after ryuuraigeki told me to bring $60...XD So now I know, just bring as much money as I am able to! XD

I've heard about the dealer's hall and I'm so excited! Do they sell things for any cheaper than the usual price or is it about the same?

It depends on the dealer really. Some charge more than retail. ^^; I would advise to browse around all the tables and compare prices if you want to find deals. I think it's cheaper shopping online though.. lol

Haha, that's probably true...but I just know I'll be tempted to buy all the stuff in the room even when I know that I don't actually have to pay that much for it if I buy it online. ^.^;

Awww that's too bad! Stupid election campaigns...can't they see that an anime con is definitely more important because if us anime fans miss one then we'd die from depression?? XD;
