My Songs:
- I never knew that I was funny/'Til I went and made you laugh
- Please tell me baby/Please tell me now/You say I should just go on/Now please tell me how
- Light 'em up and watch 'em burn, teach 'em what they need to learn/Dirty hands ain't made for shakin', ain't a rule that ain't worth breakin'
- I look in the mirror and what do I see?/An old lone wolf staring back at me/Long in the tooth but harmless as can be/Lord, I guess he's doing all right
- He says it's really kinda simple/Keep your mind in the middle/While your butt spins 'round and 'round
- The sunsets come; the sunsets go/The clouds roll by and the earth turns old/And the young bird's eyes do always glow/And she must fly
- Sunny days seem to hurt the most/I wear the pain like a heavy coat/I feel you everywhere I go/I see your smile, I see your face/I hear you laughin' in the rain/Still can't believe you're gone
- Everyone's pointing their fingers/Always condemning me/And nobody knows what I believe
- Like Frankie said, "I did it my way!"
- I used to worry about the future/But then I threw my caution to the wind/I had no reason to be care free/No no no, until I took a trip to the other side of town/Yeah yeah yeah, you know I heard that boogie rhythm/Hey- I had no choice but to get down down down down.
- Remember all the songs you sang for me/When we went sailing on an Emerald Bay/And like a boat out on the ocean/I'm rocking you to sleep
- That's a life you can hang your hat on/You don't need to make a million/Just be thankful to be workin'
- With your heart and your hands and the sweat on your brow/Your build the things that make the world go round/If it works, if it runs, if it lasts for years/You can bet your bottom dollar it was made right here/ With pride and honor and dignity
- By the mornin' light I'll be down that road/Where a heart can see and the headlights know/Where the night ends an the dawn begins to glow/It's a healin' time it's a moment of truth/When all your fears come crashin' through to the other side/Where you play your mind and let go/'Cause nothin' can dry your eyes/Like a highway sunrise
- You might see her truck rollin' outta the wood/With a 12 point buck laid across the hood
And believe it or not...not ALL of mine are country songs! lol
