I am experimenting with canning. Today I went out and bought a canning rack and some jars. I made "sweet soup" which is one of my great-grandmother's recipes. Its sort of like a sauce made with rhubarb, raspberries, cherries, currants, prunes, and pearl tapioca. Its delicious. We eat it over ice cream. Its Danish. I also made tomato chutney
