So most people who know me are aware I have some issues with my feet. Well last week I was feeling a pain in my right foot that was above normal so I figured out there was a swelling on the bottom pad at the front of my foot. My wife who has been unable to work since she returned from Iraq has finally had her court date and decision from Soc Security regarding her getting diability(hopefully temporarily). She will recieve it for 18 months then be up for review, hopefully we will have her illness under control and no longer need such provisions but it is going to be nice ( Read more... )

I got to see alot of friends and family over the holidays including one friend who is currently in AIT for the Army. He is stationed at Ft Leonard Wood MO. As a last minute road trip/something to do my wife and I drove him back to the base instead of him taking a rather long and uncomfortable bus ride. Just got back for a 6 day mini-vacation up north at the cabins. It was alot of needed resting and relaxing. Yay.

Yesterday November 10 was my 6 month wedding anniversary. Yay.

The new dog, Random is doing well. He had his eye surgery while he was under for his nut snipping. He should get 100% vision in he eye again. He is such a god dog I am very happy with him.

As most people are aware my dog Frisky, a husky/german shepard mix, died a little over a year ago. I didn't think I would ever really want another dog. Also our house is a little too small for a dog. But as things sometimes happen, I was given a rare opportunity of a free dog. Ok not so rare to get free puppies. However a free pure breed German ( Read more... )
