Here's how much time until my contract with JET concludes (officially). Depending on flights home and how prepared I am ahead of time, I might be departing Japan sooner than this. Not that I want to leave, but if I manage to get into gradute school, I need to be able to save some time between leaving Japan and starting school to go to Canada for my ( Read more... )

Yeah, just a bit, but I knew when I first came over that it wasn't forever. Not now at least. I am researching other avenues and options, so I am sure I'll be back here in no time. <3

When do you find out about graduate school - how much time will you have to plan?

Anywhere between now and June, but that also depends on when my last two reference letters come in. I wish I could just ask Toby to write one, as Dan's really busy (and from what I can tell) hasn't submitted his response yet.

The other option is just going home, working my booty off, and then try getting into Japanese TV Talent & Comedy school. ;)
