While trying to walk a tightrope between not getting spoiled (the movie only comes out here in a month or so) and getting a feeling for how the movie was received by skimming over a couple of reviews I got the impression that the plot and how the story is told is quite intricate. Which I would consider a positive. What was your impression?
Upon reflection I would agree that the plot is intricate but I did not find the complexity burdensome or hard to follow. Action-wise it felt pretty straight forward but there were lots of periphery details and side plots that added layers of depth which you could take or leave without diminishing the value of the whole movie experience.
I personally found it a joy to watch it all unfold. I didn't want it to end. I would love to see a sequel. It's four days later and I'm still excited about it.
