It must be totally free , the problem is if we restrict anyone on their freedom of speech (such as the Westboro baptist church) it will never stop. Soon people will be able to shut you up and you won't be able to say what you think because it's offensive to someone.

That's why people who are overly politically correct and push for restrictions scare me.
