Do you mean comforting to see that I have some darkness to face, comforting to see that I realise I have darkness to face, or comforting to see that I face such darkness as I have?
I have no way to judge how much darkness we ‘should’ have given our life experiences, it’s all too subjective. We have to judge ourselves I s’ppose, and that is hard to do justly. I guess we just have to look at what we do to exacerbate rather than express it.

Perhaps it is comforting to see that you face such darkness in you. Sometimes I feel that maybe I am darker than I should be.
It's great art.
I'll comment on your previous post when I can.
