Hehe, ok so I'm behind in my lj reading, and probably won't get to this one for a bit, but two things:
1) Paragraphs are a wonderful thing :P
2) An lj cut is useful in a situation like this. What it does is hide all the text behind a link, but then when you click on the link or the comments section, it opens up the text that's been hidden. It gives instructions on how to make them here: http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=75
I had to test it a bit before I was comfortable with it, but it's definitely useful.

Very interesting. It sounds like the guy got bored that no one had really been onto him lately, so he sent that most recent letter. It'll be interesting to see how the whole thing pans out!
